Description Invited to Speak: Ryan Houck, Executive Director for Floridians for Smarter Growth. He will provide an update on the proposed Hometown Democracy Constitutional Amendment. The room opens at 11:00 a.m. with social networking. The speaker and program begins at 11:30 a.m. Reservations are necessary by March 2nd to select luncheon choice. All Republican women and men are invited with a special invitation to Republican women and men who are new to the area and those interested in learning more about Republican activities and issues in the community. The latest information on Cybercrime social networking hazards
Lt. Jeffry Tod Goodyear is a 24 year veteran of the Brevard County Sheriff's Office, and a 1983 graduate in criminology of the University of Central Florida. He has been serving since 2006 as a Lieutenant in the Criminal Investigations Division, supervising the SVU, Homicide and Sexual Offender Tracking units. He has also taught at the Brevard County Community College Enforcement Academy from 1990-2004, and is currently a BCSO in-house instructor. In 2007, Lt. Goodyear earned the distinction of Law Enforcement Officer of the Year (18th Judicial Circuit) and the BCSO Lucy Ward Memorial Award. He will be speaking to the RWNSB on the topics of cyber crime and social networking hazards. A question and answer period will follow his presentation, and informational media will be available to all luncheon attendees. Please bring your questions along with you!
